Hello
I’m on IVA and have made my first two payments of £90 . But just now i realise that i have missed one creditor for £1100(payday loan) as i had a lot of payday loans and company names did look so similar, i though they are on. And in mean time i have received one more letter about £700 from company who bought my argos store card debt(had no messages for 3 years from them so i forget :( ) Honestly i thought CreditFix should see them all from my full credit report.
Can i still add them to my IVA and how? My debts on IVA is £9600 without this two.
i had CCJ £3600 and it’s on IVA but yesterday i got letter that they will take money from my wage as wage attachment. Can they do that?
Thank you very much in advance
Martins

Pass the CCJ letter and the details of the missed debts to Creditfix. They may have to go back to creditors to see if they agree to add them. If they do they might propose extending the IVA to cover the extra.

If you forget to include a debt in your IVA, it may be possible to add it later. If the debt is less than 10% of the total already included your Insolvency Practitioner (IP) should simply be able to add it. However, if the forgotten debt is larger than 10% a formal variation of the Arrangement will be required.
