Advice, please. I have just been informed by one of my creditors, Virgin Money, that they have transferred my account to Cabot Financial (Europe) Limited. So, I now owe them the outstanding balance on my account. What should I do about this, please and how will this affect my IVA.

You need do nothing .. Cabot is bound by the IVA in exactly the same was as Virgin was. They may contact you and, if they do, simply give them the IVA details.

You could also pass the info to your IP.
