How do I prove I can't get a remortgage for my IVA?

I need to try and remortgage to get equity for IVA I did two online applications but both were rejected I need to prove this to Aperture but they do not send rejection letters out so how do I prove it without the letters .

Hi Norman,
If you contact ourselves we'd be happy to provide a letter saying a re-mortgage isn't an option at this time which has been sufficient in the past.

i took a screen shot on my phone of the rejection screen and sent them that and they were fine with it
