Hi I received a call, and shortly a letter about Financial compensation from Aperture, my ip thinks I may be owed money, they didn't say anything about ppi, just about mis sold fees etc, I am yet to get the letter to sign yet, so I'll have a read before I do, has anyone had similar? or know what is going on? thanks, just to add I completed my Iva around 8 months ago and ive had my completion certificate.

I gather that this is a letter requesting information to allow Aperture to pursue claims similar to PPI refunds, now tht the PPI boat is sailing. I do not know what, if any, compulsion Aperture can bring to bear to get you to fill it in.
