Can I get a mobile phone contract in an IVA?

My current phone is payg and I'm looking at getting a better phone on contract. My budget allows £10 a month for my mobile phone top up, am I allowed to get one of I don't go over that amount?

If a mobile company will look at you you should be fine.

You should be OK, subject to phone provider acceptance. Many of us managed upgrades and some totally new contracts.

never had any problems with upgrade on mine each year

I upgraded last month, no issues. Should be fine

A finance check will be done so you may find you are not accepted, however I was upfront in my iva and explained and the store manager overrode the process somehow and sorted it ...ask, you never know !
