Contacting Aperture

I am finding it impossible to contact Aperture either by phone or e-mail and I have been trying since January. The phone is always a automated message about unprecedented levels of calls saying you can leave an ansaphone message, which I am never given the opportunity to do and e-mails are just not replied to.
The irony is, they asked me to contact them. Any suggestions?

Are you still in your IVA?

Go onto their website and use the 'New Business' number -- I imagine that one is answered !

Other than that, send a letter by snail mail, recorded delivery and addressed direct to your IP, stating that if you do not get a response within 14 days you will consider the matter closed. Keep a copy along with the certificate of posting.

I tweeted them ages ago as my IVA ended may 2016 and i was still waiting in Dec for my closure letter . I am now waiting on a reply to my email about why one of my creditors is still on my credit report as I cant get a mortgage. No reply for a week . They have blocked me on facebook and I can no longer tweet them . how weird

As I have mentioned elsewhere, what your creditors put on your credit report has nothing to do with your IP or firm. It is a matter for you to sort with the creditor. Some firms will advise out of goodwill, but Aperture are probably not one of them !
