Hi guys I've been in a iva for 2 years now but now I've been asked for a annual review. Small issue I took a credit card out for my mother which she's paying me back for. Am I in trouble of anything?

If you have borrowed more than £500 you could have the IVA failed -- even though your mum is paying it, it is in your name.
