We did a f&f on our ova June 18 and our 6 year anniversary was April 2019. I have checked our credit file and all looks great bar a default date from Arrow which is registered as Aug 13 not our Iva agreement date of April 13. I have rung them and been advised Viegib money reported the default on payment as August 13 and this is the date entered on our credit file and nothing we can do. Is this correct, surely it has to be in line with everyone else? I was so hoping my credit file was going to be clear. Can anyone advise if there is anyway of rectifying this ?

I did wonder if that may be the case just a bit annoying that we still have to wait to be clear
