Morning All

Just received a letter and booklet from aperture about mis selling in an iva.

I have been asked to complete a questionnaire which lists all my creditors. I had a substantial amount paid into my iva when it was with dfd. My completion certificate was received in January.. At what point do I stop being bound by my iva and get back to normality. It took 11 years to get this far.. Do I complete this form and send it back, what happens to. The charges that for example equity in finance dealt with my last ppi claims.. All my creditors have been approached. So I have nothing else to add..

Seems pointless getting a completion certificate so find out that I am still getting letters from aperture saying I am still bound by my iva. Until when?? Forever?? Just when I was beginning to get back on an even keel..

Anything that existed prior to or during the IVA is fair game .... so PPI, bank charges, insurance policies mis-sold etc.
What pressure they can now bring to make you co-operate is an unknown as all this mis-selling malarkey is relatively new and uncharted waters.
I would be inclined to tell them that they should already be aware of your creditors identities and to use their own records.

Just bothers me that that they sent the letter as if I was still in the iva and bound by its terms.. I haven't got an issue with the payments going to my completed iva as long as I know where the money is going and that I am not liable for any charges.

If they commission a search and claim exercise they are responsible for any charges.
