Settled status application

Hi does anyone know if my settled status application to continue to live in the UK will be affected by my debts or IVA if this is accepted?

I would hazard a guess at no they won't affect the application. There have been members on the forum who have gone through this scenario and had positive results.

Hi, all types of debt solutions will have no effect on your settlement application of any kind, only thing to worry is in case of naturalisation application you cannot be Bankrupt. Rest all ok...
