Has my IVA finished?

My final payment for my IVA was in May 2018. I have paid back what I owed 100% £27032
I was asked by Aperture to remortgage for their fees. I supplied my home value but could not get a mortgage and asked for help in July and they advised they would pass my details to a partner company who specialise in remortgages.
In the meantime I have received my annual report which shows payments made and no equity in my property.
I have had no contact from them and their website where you can log on shows my case no longer exists.
Please help, what is going on, they don’t answer e mails
My IVA was for 6 years from February 2012

Have you checked the insolvency list ? If your iva has been concluded you may have been removed although it is not normally updated until the certificate of completion is issued.

Have you tried ringing them at the time their phone lines open in the morning, when its more likely they will answer ?

I would consider writing to them using recorded delivery explaining lack of communication via email and phone and seeking an answer within 14 days, otherwise you will be making a formal complaint and taking the matter further.

Try speaking directly to the remortgaging company for an update.
