2nd Creditors Meeting

Hi all,
Wish me luck. I've got my second creditors meeting tomorrow. I'm the creditor by the way.
The first one got adjourned (they didn't give us a reason for it mind you). However, we did speak to the manager of the IVA firm who shed some more light on the "large debt from abroad". The investment agreement made with the creditor is a page long and the English used in it is atrocious (it's like a small child wrote it). The supposed amount exchanged was a 6 figure sum, hmmm. Both my solicitor and I have done extensive research and neither person nor the organisation the investment was made by appears to exist. I'm absolutely bricking it though because he IVA firm said they have accepted the evidence.
On the plus side, some of the credit card creditors have accused him of fraud and have put a complaint in.
I'm hoping it gets voted no tomorrow so the hearing for the final charging order can go ahead next month and I can finally get everything that is owed to me back.
I know most of the users on here are debtors and you will telling me to jog on but I hope you can keep your fingers crossed for me.
PS. He lied on an income and expenditure form 3 years ago when he listed all his debts after a CCJ was issued. There was no "large debt from abroad" on it. He even signed a statement of truth. I wonder how the debt miraculously came of out of thin air in 2018 when the supposed agreement was made in early 2000 other than to pad the vote out for the IVA. Wouldn't this be classed as purgery? Roll on the hearing for the final charging order!!!
