Hi partner has left her part time job and joined a national supermarket on a seasonal contract, otherwise 0 hr contract.

How does this work in a Iva? Monthly pay and no set hrs, so presumably moving forward different take home pay each month and there could be big difference from one to the next

Any advice please. We are in a interlocking Iva..separate Iva each, same I@e for the household

You will need to speak directly with your IP or case worker so that a new I&E can be agreed.

Agree with Merlin - speak to your IP.

I would imagine it will take a few months to identify an average earnings per month and with the festive season bringing more hours it possibly may get taken as overtime initially if over previous income.

Have a chat with your IP and seek their advice - as long as the iva remains affordable thats all that matters. Things will work out !
