I’ve applied for a IVA and it’s my meeting today, I have 2 loans one with lendable and one with admiral totals £7158.00 I have 2 very accounts one with £130.00 and the other with £800.00 a next account with £500.00 and a credit card with house of Fraser around £1000 on, ive used my very account and next in a panic 3 weeks ago for Xmas presents for me kids, i work part time and I have 2 kids, what are the chances of my Iva being accepted? Thanks

I am afraid that it is almost impossible to say ... on those figures Admiral and lendable have all the clout -- but much will depend on whether they even vote. If they don't, one of the smaller creditors could carry it either way.

I’ve just had a phone call to say next and the house of Fraser credit card accepted and very had rejected and the 2 loans haven’t voted so they are going to chase them up for a response and depending on what they say, depending on it being accepted or not, hope I’m not waiting to long!

I have applied for an IVA also, and the meeting is being held on the 31st July.

My biggest creditor is Lendable.

total debt 22k

Barclaycard
Fluid CC

Propasal is repaying 100 a month, 10.67p to the pound to all my creditors. this is with creditfix - hope i get accepted!

Just wondering how you got on with Lendable, did they accept your proposal?
