Really depressed need some help.....
OK so I have posted here many times and I don't mean to sound rude or anything like that so please don't read this as if I am being rude (sorry I find it hard to explain what I am trying to put across sometimes). Here goes;

I am currently due in the next few months my annual review with creditfix. I am married by IVA is in my name only and my partner is not in the IVA. For the past few weeks I have been not sleeping well, feeling down and depressed a bit like I did at the start of the IVA process back in January. I have had a good year, but now the impending doom is dawning on me and I cant cope any more so thought id ask these questions so I can kind of chill out a bit.

So I know creditfix want an online review, I am not too bothered about this but will try a paper review first as I haven't online banking either, but we will see. Anyway I don't mind doing the online passport but what I want to know is;

Basically my payments will they double, triple?


I have my own account and joint account but not all of the bills and expenses comes out of these accounts so how can it kind of add everything up on the online passport? I know my partner doesn't have to provide income and expenditure but if they are paying for shopping etc how can that all add up on the online passport if its not being paid out of the accounts online which have been added to the online passport?

Has anyone in my situation done the online passport ith creditfix? Is it a flexible system, does it give you a new monthly figure there and then? If it comes up with an unmanageable figure can you go through it with someone at creditfix?

Please, any help will be so appreciated and hopefully be able to put my mind at rest a little so I can try and atleast enjoy Christmas!!!

Please try not to worry, ultimately your IP is there to help you. Worrying about payments doubling etc is fruitless. Complete your annual review honestly and as accurate as you can then wait for the outcome. If your own personal circumstances haven't changed then neither should your payments. If there are any increases you can deal with them with your IPs help.
My IVA wasn't with your company but I'm sure yours will help with any issues that may arise. Before you know it you'll be making your final payment and receiving your completion certificate. Stay positive, talk to the IP if any problems arise and take it from somebody who's been through the process, the hard time's are worth the end result. DEBTFREE. .....Good luck and God bless.

Paddington1 we have all been there at review time ..its an anxious time waiting for the decision.

Your review needs to show any increases in salary for you. Your partners income will only be used to assess the share of outgoings within the household ....unless you have had a significant change in income your payments are not going to change hugely.

When you list your current expenditure ensure you list it accurately with any known increases due particularly utility costs.

Try not to panic ..easier said I know...

Please don't worry - explain to CF that you don't have online banking.and will continue to do snail mail statements. If you don't agree with their figures you can challenge them.

If your outgoings are around the same as already agreed they will only increase your IVA payment by half of any increase in income. From what people say on here CF reviews are normally quite painless (apart from their introduction of this online passport rubbish).
