When does the 3 months start?

If I’m right in thinking that 3 months after your IVA completes, your taken off the insolvency register, when does this 3 months begin? Is it upon issue of the completion certificate?

Once you have your completion letter it should be off within 3 months.

sorry to be a downer its 3 months after insolvency service are notified of completion

Opinions vary and even the Insolvency Service have said different things. I would suggest you take it as being from the date they are informed. Then, if they use the date of issue you will have a small bonus -- it should only be a small difference anyway.
