Hi all!
Quick question, I've used topcashback to upgrade my phone contract, as well as a few other purchases over the year and I'll eventually accumulate around £150 on the account, is that mine to do with as I please or do I have to declare it?

I thought as much, it gets withdrawn to my paypal account and essentially an IVA wouldn't know about it? But I thought it falls within any windfall clauses I have (£500)

Probably treated as a windfall and under £500 so OK. In any event it is not really "income" -- it is a refund on money you have spent from your agreed allowances.

I would just go and enjoy it .... cant see anyone being interesed in this as for me you have been wise in your choices and I see it as a loyalty card building points- bit like Tesco Clubcard or Sainsbury points.
