So im in a single iva. I share a bank account joint account with my husband who isnt in an iva
So we both pay in money every month into this account to pay bills. My husband pays £250 to a credit card in his name from this account. No particular reason my husband set up a payee and at the time wasnt to his account but the joint. Obviously never been an issue but being in an iva now and due an annual review soon is it worth him making payment from now on from his own account rather than the joint?

Having a joint account can be awkward, as you are discovering, as you will be needing to explain everything all the time -- also his credit score will be affected by your IVA as you are financially linked.

Better for him to pay his debts form his own bank account to keep things simpler.

He will still be financially linked and so his credit rating will be compromised because of this.
