If you offer a final payment from a 3rd party, Do you have to provide your IVA company with an annual review to close your IVA?

If they request one then yes you will have to provide one and your benefactor will also have to provide details of where the money is coming from.

Yes as they will normally need to do a check of your I&E since the last period checked (in case there are undisclosed funds such as overtime/bonuses etc that may need to be factored in.

I was with Credit Fix, and I F&F on the 11th month of my IVA and they didn’t ask for I&E for that year.

That doesn't mean they didn't need to do the exercise...
