Advice needed, extra debts. HELP!

We paid our last IVA payment 2 years ago January but hasn't completed yet due to outstanding PPI claims. Stupidly we took in more credit during the iva which we didn't think we would get and one thing led to another and we can't cope anymore. Do I inform our IP but as we have got CC will be in breach or do we try to hold out for CC then file bankruptcy? Will we be in any trouble?

I know we have been reckless and we have massive regret. Thanks for any advice given.

If you haven't completed, how have you got a CC?

My initial thoughts are that your IP is in the wrong by holding off completion for 2 years, and I would be complaining very bitterly about this. PPI is no reason for witholding completion. Who are you with ?

There is a possibility that they will fail the IVA, even at this stage. But, this matters little if you are intending on filing for BR in any event.
