So we had been contacted by our IVA Provider to address the equity clause. We obtained our mortage redemption certificate & got a local estate agent to do our valuation.
I recieved it late on Friday. Emailed both to payplan today & within 3 hours had a reply to say they would review it and be in touch. I thought ok sit tight & hopefully hear in a few weeks. Now 10mins later we get confirmation that no re-mortage or extension will be required & the IVA will complete one in Feb & the other early March.
To say we are delighted is an under-statement. There was happy tears we will complete on 7 years! After we need a 1 year extension.
That light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter
