I have completed my IVA and received the completion cert.

I now seem to be getting hounded by a PayPlan authorised partner who wants to review my mortgage payments.

I do not want to do this. Is it something I am obliged to do?

Ignore them. You are not obliged or legally held to talk to any 3rd party company over your previous IVA or your current finances. If they continue to call you can report them.

Agree with Merlin -- they are just trying to cop some commission !
