Sent all the details off that credit fix required for my first review. A few days later it was returned and there was no cover note or acknowledgment from them! My annual review was requested 8 weeks earlier than the start date, so my question is- how long before they confirm if my payments will change. Also, is it common practise for them to review my i&e before the end a 12month's. Thanks

Give them a call tomorrow and see what they say.

Be grateful that they appear to be on the ball -- this is not always the case! As you have experienced, communication is not their strong point and they need to be pushed relentlessly to get any information from them.

They used to send the info back with no indication of any changes. I think I used to chase the outcome as you could be waiting a while! I wondered whethet this was because I never had an increase

Same with me had paperwork back very quickly. Took about ten days to receive email and letter stating everything was staying the same .
