Account frozen - cam I get my money out?

Bank has freeze my account and yes I got money in the account.Is there any chance I can get that money out?

Which bank and why have they frozen the account ? Yes, they have to give you back your money, assuming your account hasn't been frozen due to bankruptcy, unless they are a creditor, in which case they will withold whatever you owe them and give you back what, if any, is left.

My wife's bank (Halifax) froze her current account which had our wedding money in...quite scary. We had to go to the bank and get them to withdraw it all out. This process took a week if I remember correctly as letters needed passing in from her IVA to the bank...dont know the ins and outs but you'll get your money
