Details would have been passed to Aperture - you need to speak to them.

Aperture took over DFD cases sometime ago now but sadly their communication around this transfer has been poor in fact clearly non existant.

I would contact Aperture ...you may have to have patience.... and try and establish the end point etc.

I will pre warn you, prepare to have a lot of patience with them, I have currently been waiting 9 months for a full and final offer to be draughted, the creditor meeting has happened and now they are stringing this out also, very poor company, and communication and organisation is rubbish, good luck though.

You sold make a formal complaint - they had 21 days to call the creditors meeting of a variation, not 9 months...!

Are you talking about your original meeting when you say it has happened?

they have taken 9 months to draught it, and the creditors meeting happened yesterday at 11am, my variation letter said 10am, and now I cant get hold of anyone and they have told me the creditors are posting their vote results in the mail, I dont even think there was a meeting, and i logged a complaint months ago, and they are just as good at dragging their heels.

It is most unusual to use snail mail - usually done via phone, email or fax.
