CCJ's whilst in an IVA

Can a creditor issue a ccj when debt is in an iva.

I don't think so if your creditor was included in the IVA. Not 100% sure though

No --- any debt in an IVA is protected from further action by the creditor. Just send the court a copy of the IVA.
