Creditor claiming I have no debt

Fuming!! So my creditors meeting is tomorrow. One of my creditors have removed a credit card from existence but also told my IVA company that my balance is now 0 when I have a 10k loan with them!
Have called them and confirmed the loan still stands I have no idea what happened to the credit card however. They refused any correspondence so I have had to take photos of my online account myself and send it to my IVA company.
Everything was going to smooth and then boom a spanner in the works!
