Topic: Harrington Brooks in Administration

This is a notice to all debtors with Harrington Brooks:

On 11 April the Harrington Brooks/One Advice group of companies were put into Administration.

Their Debt Management Plan (DMP) clients have been transferred to Gregory Pennington Ltd

Their IVA clients have will now be administered by Freeman Jones Limited.

You will no doubt be contacted in due course by the new providers but if not get in touch with them to ensure your IVA has been transferred and is being progressed.

Another one bites the dust !

A warm welcome to Freeman Jones to all One Advice Ltd / Harrington Brooks IVA customers. We published some information for customers on the Harrington Brooks website last week - harringtonbrooks.co.uk/your-iva/.

We've also emailed and written to all customers today.

Your IVA remains in place, and will still be Supervised by the same IPs, and serviced by the same staff, who have transferred to Freeman Jones. The phone number / email address you use to speak to Harrington Brooks about your IVA are unchanged too.

We had our iva with freeman Jones all went pretty smoothly until the last six month but hey ho all water under the bridge.
