Hi all.

We have recieved our IVA proposals this morning and have downloaded and printed them. Before we sign, any advice or hints of special clauses we should be looking out for?

Have a read through ... put the kettle on ... make a cuppa and have another read through .... repeat as required.

Make sure you are au fait and happy with the equity release provisions, if they apply.

Ask any specific questions here.

Have another read through.

Agree with Foggy - read everything carefully and ask questions if necessary.

If there is anything you don't understand ask your Nominee to explain it in simple terms.

Make sure everything is as correct as possible and there is nothing you have missed out or they have got wrong before signing.
