Hi
My o2 mobile is on its last legs my 2 year old daughter loves to drop it x I doubt I will get credit for a new one, what does everyone else do? I surf the net alot and like apps and Netflix etc

You may be able to upgrade depending on your contract with 02 - I did not have issue during our iva.
Otherwise look on ebay and seek a replacement handset.

As luluj says --- get a low budget ebay handset (especially if it gets dropped a lot ) ... life in an IVA has to be lived on a strict budget, but it is only 5 or 6 years in a lifetime.

I am with O2 and never had a problem renewing my contract during my IVA.
As Foggy says - get a cheap unlocked one from EBay if you can.

I recently have a new contract with o2 Samsung s9. I told them about my Iva and my credit check might fail but it was accepted with no problem
