Hello everyone,

My IVA completed in the summer, what a relief. I could not have got through it without reading and keeping up to date with all the information and stories on this site. Thank you!

It has come to light that there is some utility bill debt that is outstanding. This stems from when I was still in the IVA. Being that the IVA is already long completed, is there anything that could be done to have it added to old IVA?

You cannot add new debt to an old IVA and you will have to negotiate a repayment schedule with the utility companies. I am assuming that these debts were not accumulated before the old IVA and included in it then.

Unfortunately not. You will have to pay this yourself.
