Default still 'active' on husband's Account

Afternoon!

Advice please! Our IVA completed last June 2017 (hurrah) and having looked into my husband's credit score file I've just noticed that on the Defaulted Accounts, which all went into the IVA, there is still one from Halifax as still being shown as a full balance - and thus showing consistently defaulted to this month. I've contacted the credit card company today to ask to get this sorted, and hoping that they will, but it's a worry that it's still showing an amount in the default balance instead of reverting to £0 and not showing a Default Satisfaction date like the others on file.

Has anyone had experience of this and the best way of getting this resolved, as from what I can see we still 'owe' money!! :x

Thanks in advance :D

Send a copy of your completion letter to the data controller for Halifax and ask them to remove defaults back to the start of your IVA.

It doesn't really matter what it shows --- as long as it is dated correctly (on or about the start of the IVA) the whole thing will disappear on the 6th anniversary regardless.

When did the IVA start? Have 6 years passed yet?
