Hello! I am in my third year of my IVA (2 years to go and counting). I am thinking of moving in with my partner who has a mortgage. How does this affect my IVA as he does not understandably, want to disclose his income or have dealings with my IVA company. I would be paying half the bills, etc so would my payments increase dramatically as in effect my outgoings would be more or less halved? Any advice much appreciated.

Your payments would increase as, so too, will your disposable income. Your partner need not disclose any financial details and a 50/50 split of household expenses will be assumed.
