Hi All, Just seeking for advise or opinion from you - I am on IVA and after final Review - had a letter from Canada Square Operations saying they are investigating a Rejected Claim I made on Egg Card before I started IVA. This I heard nothing yet from them but is they upheld the claim, ok I understand any winnings will forward to my IP. The question now is as already had my final Review - would any winnings be offset from the final amount I am suppose to payout to me completion? Thanks

If you have made your final payment there is no more to pay -- however, all of the PPI refund will be added to your IVA for your creditors. If you have any payments still left to make you must make them anyway -- the PPI will not make any difference to the payments you are contracted to make.
