Well hello again!
Its been a while IVA completed and now back to earth.
Just wondered I had a bank account which chatged a monthly fee pre IVA my question is can I claim for the charges or do I contact IVA company and ask them to claim?

If you claim you will be charged - best speak to your IVA company and ask .

Technically they should be treated the same way as PPI and will belong to your former rditors via the IVA. However, the refund is likely to be too small to make it economically worthwhile digging out your files and distributing the money between your creditors.

It is just a matter of raising a letter to the bank, you have nothing to lose other than £0.65p for a stamp. Go for it.
