Anyone in IVA with creditfix? I recommend you look in to it. I found I was paying for debts that had been settled before IVA and the person from the bank who was supposed to have signed the document could not be found and was not recorded. All my creditors who I asked who was being paid they gave me two different letters and they were both different. They agree I don't need IVA and are going to pay off the small amount I owe. But they will not give me back PPI I claimed. I done it because my partner died suddenly and owe for the funeral. I have begged them. That is why I checked every thing because they were being cagey. I hear tomorrow - this has taken three months.

This is why no-one should sign their proposal until they are 100% happy with it and fully understand it. Hope you get it all straight soon.

Remember all those posts about how easier things will be after my IVA being accepted. Unfortunately last 5 months, all negative posts about creditfix, their poor customer service, give me maybe not as many but still some sleepless nights
