NOV 2016 was the date my IVA completed, I paid all payments up until then, but my wages increased so I am aware I still owe some more money, I have been trying to get a final statement from Freeman Jones but up until now I have had 2 separate figures for payment but no statement, although this has been requested, I am happy to pay and complete the IVA but am getting nowhere, I have even said send me the statements I will get them checked and pay the outstanding monies within 3 days but to no avail, how can I move this forward to enable me to complete my IVA. Yesterday I received a letter requesting the pay slips after Nov 2016 surely they don't still require me to send in these. Appreciate some advice

What do you mean by final statement? Do you mean you have been asking them to tell you what your total arrears are?

It sounds as if your IVA has not completed and is still ongoing, presumably due to the arrears.

Perhaps you mean your final contribution was paid in November? Although if you have arrears to pay it couldn't have been your final payment...

Ask them to clarify what the arrears are and explain why you have been given two different figures. Once this has been verified you can pay it and hopefully they can move to close the case and send you your completion certificate.
