Should I be worried about variation meeting after finishing IVA after 6 + years

Hi my iva finished on 01/01/2017 after 6 and half years I received a letter today saying they are calling a variation meeting in two weeks shoul I be worried about this or is it just formality thanks

Do they explain what the variation meeting is for ? Might I ask why the IVA has run for 6 and a half years ? Have there been any irregularities that need addressing ?
Normaly, when an IVA reaches it's projected conclusion it is simply closed ... no variation required as this would all be incorporated into the original terms.

You need to agree to the terms of any variation so it should be explained to you what it actually entails. Has the IP advised you?

What is the meeting for - it should state that in the letter.
