Hi everybody
I haven't posted on here for a long time. I completed my final payment to Debt Free Direct in August 2016 after 6 long years. In October I was told it had been passed to the IVA closurr team and I should receive my completiin certificate in the next 3 months. Guess what?? No certificate so I emailed again in December and had a letter saying completion certificate within 3 months. I have emailed twice more and still no response or certificate. I am really annoyed as my name is still on the insolvency register despite making my last payment 7 months ago. Has anyone got any advice as to what else I can do to hurry DFD up?

Laura from DFD posts here so perhaps she could be a help. It is also possible that DFD were waiting for the outcome of the Green v Wright case and may have a lot of cases to close now.
