My husband recieved a letter this morning from one of our creditors asking for money as they said they hadn't recieved anything since September after a phone call to aperture it turns out my husbands IVA has been closed and my last payment that I will make is less than I normally have to pay only by £10 but better in my pocket than there's so by the end of this week we both shall be debt free woohoo

That is a nice surprise but I'm surprised your husband wasn't aware of this as he should have been sent his CC when his IVA was closed.

Ask them to send him a copy.

My husbands had only been closed for a couple of weeks mine has now finished too I thought I would be waiting a few months for the cc I have kept on top of aperture through the last year as they give very mixed advice I will call them agin in a week or so to see where we are at
