Do IVA details get cleared off my record when last payment has been made ?

My Iva is due to finish August 2018 when my latest payment is due. I know iva's stay on your credit report for 6years. Does this mean that the iva details will be cleared of my credit report in August 2018 also as it was a 6year Iva I entered into?

Hi,
It will be cleared from your record after six years but also you will need that completion letter from your IVA company and it should come off the Insolvency Register within three months of receiving that letter.

Hi
My 6yr Iva started March 2010 and finished March 2016. Completion certificate came May 2016 and I was removed from insolvency register at same time

A 6 year arrangement will drop off as soon as the paperwork and formalities have been dealt with ( issue of the CC being foremost) -- allowing a few weeks for the relevant bodies to process it.

Some firms take up to 6 months to close an IVA so your record might not clear up until towards the end of 2018.
