Hi my IVA started in July 2010 and was paid off in full in September 2012. The 6 years was up in July this year and everything has disappeared from my credit files so I applied today to remortgage with Nationwide and was accepted! The question they asked was if I had entered into a voluntary arrangement within the last 6 years so I could truthfully answer "no". Just wanted to say that remortgaging after an IVA is possible!
