I received my annual report today and all the uplift I've paid since moving from PJG to CF has not been credited. I think this is because the reference used on the payments is for a different IVA! Will this be credited or have I been helping someone else's IVA?

Hi - I think you need to speak to your IP company?

Doesn't sound correct to me - best give them a call to establish whats what ..you should be seeing exactly where your money is going or if it is sat in a holding account before distribution

I agree with the above -- something sounds amiss and you should speak to CF to sort this out, sooner rather than later.

I once funded someone elses payments for their car!!

I have queried my Annual report both years with CF as figures have not been correct for my uplift also they added £300.00 charges for a Variation meeting that never happened! when you challenge them things are usually corrected quickly.it is a bit worrying though if you have 2 references sounds like this could be a mistake on their part.

Ask them for a written explanation. The increases should also have been mentioned in the report narrative.

They have now credited my account with the unallocated funds.

Good news - I would still ask for a written explanation so you can keep a record of this in case you have more problems in the future.
