Knightsbridge are asking me to send a signed copy of the RX1 form which I've already signed 3 month ago should I ignore the letter

You could, but I wouldn't advise it. They could put the IVA into breach for non compliance. For the sake of a signature and a stamp, is it worth the hassle ?

I have already signed it when I started the IVA 3 months ago and it shows on my plans from the land registry as knightsbridge insolvency insolvency on it why would they want it again or is it a mishap

I had a repeat RX1 from KI and was told that is was because they had mislaid the first copy, I didn't want to be in breach of my IVA so resigned it and it still only shows the one note on the land registry docs.

If it has already been lodged then this looks like a mistake on their part -- just point this out to them and all should be well.
