Hello Guys,
Looking for anyone that can answer my question please?
I finished my IVA last August but I have PPI ongoing since then.
I have just found out that on one of claims my PPI company have received an offer of £2,000.00!
How much of that will I get paid to myself?
Thank you

Hi - it will depend upon your company. Some people are allowed a certain amount but others will take all of it and pay your creditors.
Check with your IP company.

Not sure how this company works - I am sure someone who is with Aperture will be along to help.

Call them up bombshell I'm with aperture but my contracts were done with cleardebt and I received £500 from my ppi of £2598. Aperture may do something different but I would enquire and see what they say

It depends on the terms you agreed to - some firms allow debtors to keep an element of the interest.
You might not be entitled to any of it.

A while back Aperture, when they were GT, were offering to allow you to keep the interest element as long as you agreed to their revised terms and conditions and assigned ongoing PPI. I refused and it cost me over £1000 in interest !
