Hi I've had my iva for over 8 year with euro debt.
Obviously it saying 6-7 year at most, how should I tackle this problem please? No late payments or anything like that

Hi and welcome,

Why is your IVA over this time? Anything to do with NRAM? Are you sure it is an IVA and not a DMP?

Is there a minimum dividend you have to make?

Can you give us some more information please.

Are you sure you're in an IVA?

From what you have said, it seems unlikely that you are in an IVA, far more likely that you are in a DMP, or possible even debt reduction scheme.

An easy way to check is of course to ring them, or you can view the online Insolvency Register and search for your name. If you are not listed there, and you should be if you are in an IVA, then that should give you a clue.

Regards.
