Hi, just a quick question re annual reviews. At the end of my IVA am I required to submit an annual review? I obviously will submit an annual review at the end of year 5 to cover the final year. However, I am wondering whether at the end of year 6 I will be asked to submit a separate final review.

If you have an extension in lieu of equity year 5 will not BE your final year and you will have the final review at the end of year 6.

I didn't have a review at the end of my IVA, the last I&E I had to send was at the end of year 4

As we know in an IVA ... what should happen and what does happen isn't always the same !

				As Foggy says.
Due to a combination of circumstances we only ever had 2 reviews during the life of the IVA and when it came to the end it seemed like they could not get rid of us fast enough.
I am not complaining - either way the stress was always there and the constant feeling of looking over your shoulder.
