Hi there, I am 3 years into an IVA with ClearDebt/Aperture - my annual review letter says I am in arrears (due to a bonus when I left my last job - although I am self-employed now and earn less than my original IVA wage)... But the annual report to creditors says I am not in arrears - surely if I am it should be noted??

Hi and welcome,

Some of the bonus should have been paid across so you will have to sort this with Aperture just to make sure

Thanks kallis3 - I know and I haven't got an issue with that - it's I am confused as to why it isn't showing on the annual report to the creditors - it says I am not in arrears - should they not be made aware?

Perhaps it is an admin error and the wrong letter was printed off.

I think I'd give them a ring or send an email to clarify it for your own peace of mind.

Give them a ring and hopefully it will be sorted asap. Often these things just cross.

It's either an error or the arrears were incurred after the period covered by the APR.

Query it with your IP in writing.
