At last I've finally finished my IVA and my letter of full implementation has arrived. I was expecting a certificate which seems to be referred to in these forums.
Just one question; what do I do with it?

Hi,
It's not actually a certificate, just a letter.
Keep it as you never know if you will need it in the future i.e to clear up any defaults on your credit accounts.
Well done on reaching the end.

Hi Peter and congratulations. It is often referred to a a certificate of completion, or notice of completion, but is simply a paragraph on an A4 sheet of paper confirming that the IVA has finished and that you are free of the debts included in it.
I do believe at least one IP does actually print this up as a certificate.
For after IVA clear up have a read here:

I know what you mean,I was expecting a certificate and got a piece of A4 paper - all the hype and then that, either way it's valuable, look after it and a good link above to offer some advice.

We had certificates from Cleardebt as well as official documentation.

Ours aren't even on headed paper and the signature is a computer print out! But it's got all the right words on it and that's all that matters to us. Well done

I'm with you Helen - I got that all important bit of paper and I didn't care if it was headed or not.
