Hi just wondering if anyone have used a company to quickly buy their house? Mine is currently through British homebuyers but nobody I know have used them. Anyone recommend a company? Thanks

I did look at a couple, but can't remember their names -- frankly the figures they were coming up with were a bit "Alice in Wonderland".

I think they give you a lesser figure and whilst I've not used them myself, I'm sure people do so maybe one of our posters?

I agree with Lesley - they won't give you the full valuation.

On assumption you are in an IVA don't forget that unless you get a variation, you are likely to have to pay all of your equitable interest from any sale into your IVA...

Ah I see, I didn't realise that until I saw the heading again. It's a shame the titles of a post don't appear at the top of a post, perhaps Admin can consider updating the website a bit?

The title will appear in the list of top 250 posts and he had posted in a previous thread that he had completed - not a lot admin can do really.

Sometimes struggle a little with the layout of the site.

The only problem is that once the topic is there it won't be altered unless admin, a mod or the OP change it. You just have to scroll down. The other thing is that sometimes the OP starts a separate thread.

I wouldn't say that's the only problem with the website.

I think it needs a little updating.
